Carvzen offers wood carvings, cultural objects, related accessories, and educational content. We operate from Wenzhou, Zhejiang, China and serve customers internationally.

You must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement in your location. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its security, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, or use the site for unlawful activity.

We aim to describe and photograph products accurately. Wood grain, color, carving detail, measurements, and finish can vary because of natural material and hand-finishing. Screen settings and lighting can also affect color appearance. These normal variations are not automatically defects.

Product availability, specifications, and prices may change. If a material or product detail is uncertain, contact us before ordering.

Our articles describe cultural history, symbolism, and placement traditions for educational purposes. Traditions vary by region, community, and source. Nothing on the site is a promise of financial, spiritual, medical, or other personal results.

Prices and the transaction currency are displayed at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, international customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and local fees are not included and may be the customer’s responsibility. Currency conversion may be handled by the payment provider or card issuer.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse an order for reasons such as unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing error, shipping restriction, or incorrect information. If payment has been collected for a cancelled order, it will be refunded to the original payment method.

Payments are processed through PayPal and any payment methods PayPal makes available. Payment-provider terms may also apply.

Processing and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs inspections, severe weather, incorrect addresses, and events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. See the Shipping Policy for details.

Cancellation requests must be made within 12 hours and before the order is packed or handed to the carrier, whichever comes first. Returns and refunds are governed by the Returns & Refunds Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your location.

Unless otherwise stated, the site’s text, original photographs, graphics, branding, and page design belong to Carvzen or are used with permission. You may view and share links for personal, non-commercial use, but may not reproduce, sell, scrape, republish, or commercially exploit site content without permission.

The site may link to payment providers, social platforms, carriers, reference sources, or other third parties. We are not responsible for third-party content, availability, or privacy practices. Their own terms apply when you use their services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the site and its content are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including mandatory consumer protections. For other claims, liability will be limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and proportionate to the relevant order or service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without taking away mandatory consumer rights you may have in your country of residence. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.

We may revise these terms when our services, policies, or legal obligations change. The version posted when an order is placed will generally govern that order unless law requires otherwise.
