Products and craftsmanship

Are Carvzen pieces made from real wood?

We identify the stated material on each product page and aim to verify it before offering a piece. Natural grain, tone, scent, and small surface characteristics vary. If a material detail is uncertain, contact us before ordering rather than relying on an assumption.

Are the carvings completely handmade?

Processes vary by piece and workshop. Some pieces may begin with a machine-roughed blank and then receive hand carving, refinement, and finishing. Product descriptions should state the known process without presenting machine-assisted work as entirely hand carved.

Will my item look exactly like the photograph?

Natural wood and hand finishing create variation in grain, color, measurements, expression, and fine detail. We aim to show representative photographs and disclose material differences. Contact us if you need photographs of the exact available piece.

Do cultural objects guarantee luck, wealth, protection, or spiritual results?

No. Our cultural guides explain history, symbolism, and placement traditions. They are educational and do not promise financial, spiritual, medical, or personal outcomes.

Orders and payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is processed through PayPal and the eligible cards or digital wallets PayPal displays for your device and location. Available methods can vary by country, browser, and PayPal account eligibility.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Contact us immediately. Requests must be made within 12 hours and before the order is packed or handed to the carrier, whichever comes first. Once an order has entered packing or been transferred to the carrier, changes may not be possible.

Why did I not receive an order email?

Check spam or promotions folders and confirm that the checkout email was entered correctly. If you still cannot find it, contact us with your name, payment date, and transaction reference, but never send a password or complete card number.

Shipping

How long will my order take?

Orders are normally prepared within 2–5 business days. Estimated delivery is 7–25 business days after dispatch. These are estimates and can be affected by customs, weather, peak seasons, remote areas, and carrier disruption.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it is sent to the checkout email after shipment. The first carrier scan may take several business days to appear.

Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?

International orders may be assessed duties, taxes, brokerage, or local fees. Unless checkout expressly says these are included, they may be collected from the recipient by local authorities or the carrier.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Keep the item and all packaging. Contact us promptly with the order number and clear photographs of the outer parcel, label, protective materials, and damage. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after delivery. The item should be unused, unaltered, complete, and securely packed. Contact us before sending it back.

Who pays return shipping?

For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays return shipping and related customs charges. If an item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially misdescribed, Carvzen will cover reasonable return shipping or provide another appropriate remedy.

How long does a refund take?

After an approved return is received and inspected, the refund is issued to the original payment method. PayPal, the bank, or the card issuer controls how long it takes to appear after issuance.

Care

How should I clean a wooden carving?

Use a clean, soft, dry cloth for routine dusting. Avoid soaking, household cleaners, abrasive materials, direct heat, and prolonged strong sunlight. Do not apply oil, wax, or chemicals unless they are appropriate for the verified wood and finish of that specific piece.

What if I do not know the wood or finish?

Do not experiment with a treatment. Send us the product link and clear photographs so we can confirm what information is available.
